Very good video, thank you for that. however, I would like to add that the National Counselling Society is just as big as the BACP. it's a common misunderstanding that the BACP is the main one for counselling in the UK. The BACP and NCS are on the same level.

This video emphasized "counselors do not give advice" 5:30 yet, according to Merriam-Webster dictionary: "counselor noun coun·sel·or ˈkau̇n(t)-s(ə-)lər variants or counsellor Synonyms of counselor 1 : a person who gives advice or counseling a marriage counselor" Why contradict this commonly understood definition of what his profession does? Kind of like advertising a financial services business using a sign that says "Parking Garage"
