I was estranged from my daughter for almost five years from. I listened to Young Oceans on repeat, and esp this song. Thank you for your encouragement in a very dark time of my life. Six years later she has returned to us. Please pray with us for her faith.

This was sent to me by a friend because of the difficult season I was in when a loved one’s lies and betrayals devastated the whole of my adult life. Knowing more lies are yet to be uncovered, this is the perfect song for me. The tears wouldn’t stop flowing. Hard to describe the freedom I find in listening to this song as it allows me to release my pain/tears surely into God’s hands.
The lies keep getting uncovered and I’m still listening to this on repeat. My situation is so complex and hardly know anyone who can empathize but this song has it all for me. Betrayal so deep the tears seem they’ll never end but I know God holds every one of them. I fix my eyes… where every lie is uncovered by your love! Thanks Young Oceans for this incredible song.
Adding to my previous comment: Young Oceans, I thank our Lord for you! Your music touches me so deeply at this very difficult season of my life. I am 60 years 'young', and what a journey!!! I also am a psalmist and used to write songs, sing and play guitar at church and retreats. I lost my singing voice after an accident and it broke my heart! I love to worship God and encourage hurting, broken, weary people. Now I can't in the same way through song. Life has many seasons! There is a glory to each if we let go and learn to be grateful in each. That can be a challenge! Praise God! He sent you to encourage me! May He bless your ministry and each life you touch, to the Name and Glory of Jesus Christ!!!.

Beautiful song! I work at a homeless shelter and we do a quarterly memorial service for folks that have passed away. We are doing a service next week and a co-worker and I will be playing this songs to comfort friends and family that are grieving.

It reminds me of so many important things and that God sees me and my faith, my hurt, He will take care of me and He above everyone else will always be here. I need Him more than anything. I love this song! I discovered Young Oceans and find their music reaches into and out of the depths of my being! Speaking words of prayer and longing for union with God while walking earthas as a pilgrim in a foreign land. I agree with a previous commenter that this music is like the Psalms. I love Young Oceans and share their music with others often. Praise God for voices that speak my heart so eloquently and musically!

My Dad passed away on 3~21~21.
I discovered Young Oceans through this song. And ironically but by no mistake because intentionally by G♡D I was in the middle of tears when this song appeared over my bluetooth speaker out of seemingly nowhere.
My Mom & I will for the remaining time we have here be heartbroken & missing my Dad, until Glory.
