This reminds me of childhood, my Grandma used to plant sunflowers! We would always eat some of the seeds together and also give them out to our neighbors.

@@lizanna6390 Depending on your habitat, there's food you can grow that you can just plant and forget. Michigan, blueberries and real wintergreen does well. Corn country is heaven for corn, beans, and cucumbers. Southeast, sweet potatoes are beautiful and do their thing whether you like it or not. Just gotta find your thing. Cacti need water every month or two. Any more, they die

Yup! That’s trypophobia! It’s your instincts telling you to stay away from things with similar patterns. (A bees nest) it’s more natural and having to do with nature than the pattern. Me too!

@@WatchingWhileAsleep stop. They're literally fuzzy until it becomes seeds. It doesnt last long. It's very reasonable not to think the entire head is seeds when you've seen it before as fuzz. Just like how many people don't know that dandelions are the white fuzzy wish making flowers and also the orange flowers. They're the same plant but nobody ever imagines dandelions in their orange state. Not knowing it's the same thing is very normal

@@xCharlotte21xx Yeah for me, it’s not just clusters of holes, but also clusters of small round objects like these seeds that resemble a giant cluster of insect eggsacks. As a kid I HATED seeing the inside of bell peppers and was compelled to scrape all the seeds out as fast as possible, much to my family’s bewilderment. Pomegranates creep me out too for the same reason.

i was today years old when i found out that sunflower seeds come from the middle of the sunflower. i don’t know where else they would’ve come from but this was not at all what i imagined.
A new favorite. The individual seed picking, then tweezer plucking, and the dropping of them into the wooden cup and even the gentle brushing of the sunflower around the wicker surface when it was time to rotate it all made this a soothing asmr video. Nice work Bakery!
It's so funny everyone is talking about seeds and realising you can eat them and in Spain is like...... if you watch tv or a match, you have to eat seeds. It's like a very big tradition here. We have spicy ones, the salty ones (i love themmmm). Btw, they are INSIDE, so you have to crack them with your teeth. They also help to your anxiety issues 💞🤗

From his pocket he pulled a very worn, brown paper bag. He uncrumpled the soft bag, reached his hand inside, and pulled out a handful of beans. As he spoke he spread the beans out onto a brown paper towel on the table top, and he pushed the beans around a bit. I couldn't tell you anything he said and can only assume the objective of the lesson now, but I remember the sounds of the bag and the beans and the beauty of it all like it was yesterday all because of these sunflower seeds. 🌻❤

One of my top favorite asmr videos that someone made was picking cotton out of the boll (the encasing that holds the fluffy cotton fibers) of the plant. The sound it makes when you pick the cotton out is so satisfying! The cotton also makes very satisfying sounds. I've only seen one person do a video in which they pick the cotton fibers from the plant which is sad because it's so good. Now I've seen a lot of people use cotton in videos but it's always cotton that has already been picked. This sunflower asmr kinda reminded me of which is why I mentioned it. It would be awesome if you did a video of picking cotton from the plant.
I have trypophobia and the visual is making me itch,but i also have trichotillomania and i think i wouldve loved to use this as a coping object had i have it with me
I appreciate the fact that she Individually cut the video for more then half the seeds that she pulled so that we wouldn’t see the struggle given for some of the seeds. Lots of time and effort went into the editing, very cool.

For me it works the other way for anxiety, since I start eating and I don't even notice how much I've eaten until it's "too late" hahaha, but maybe you find them comforting, I really hope it works, good luck!

My 7th grade science teacher was fond of teaching with visual props. One day he stood before the class, where he often did, behind the wooden table that was flanked by tall cabinets of jars full of fascinating and grotesque specimens. From his pocket he pulled a very worn, brown paper bag. He uncrumpled the soft bag, reached his hand inside, and pulled out a handful of beans. As he spoke he spread the beans out onto a brown paper towel on the table top, and he pushed the beans around a bit. I couldn't tell you anything he said and can only assume the objective of the lesson now, but I remember the sounds of the bag and the beans and the beauty of it all like it was yesterday all because of these sunflower seeds. 🌻❤

i have trypophobia but i’m so in shock that this is where the seeds come from that i’m honestly just mesmerized
One of my top favorite asmr videos that someone made was picking cotton out of the boll (the encasing that holds the fluffy cotton fibers) of the plant. The sound it makes when you pick the cotton out is so satisfying! The cotton also makes very satisfying sounds. I've only seen one person do a video in which they pick the cotton fibers from the plant which is sad because it's so good. Now I've seen a lot of people use cotton in videos but it's always cotton that has already been picked. This sunflower asmr kinda reminded me of which is why I mentioned it. It would be awesome if you did a video of picking cotton from the plant.
I have trypophobia and the visual is making me itch,but i also have trichotillomania and i think i wouldve loved to use this as a coping object had i have it with me
