  • Getting to go back and edit this vlog was so lovely - the cosy activities, a snow-covered Scotland, and endless cups of tea! These are the things I really love to do and anytime I get the chance, I will!
I hope you enjoyed this video as much as I did, and I look forward to doing more vlogs! I would love to know - what did you do over Valentines weekend (even if you don't celebrate)? Lewis and I usually don't celebrate Valentines Day but I was really in the mood this year!
    All my love,
    Taylor xx

I was just going to recommend All Creatures Great and Small because it struck me as something you would love and then you pulled out the book and I was like 😆😆😆. I love the new series so much and the old one is really good as well. I’ve only read the first book but I can’t wait to make my way through the rest of them.
I’m loving seasonal reading, too, especially since the pandemic started. It keeps me appreciating the season I’m in and not looking behind or ahead too much, which helps with my anxiety. I’ve been loving the Seasonal anthologies edited by Melissa Harrison, I highly recommend them! I also recently read Nan Shepherd’s “The Living Mountain” about the Cairngorms which is an excellent Winter Scottish read, but it’s making me really want to travel. I’m so glad you vlogged a little of the Scottish countryside! It’s gorgeous! ❄️

Oh okay so I actually have Melissa Harrison's books on my wishlist so hopefully I can get those soon! I'm so glad to hear you like them! I also have "The Living Mountain" on my husband's shelf so may have to borrow that one...

Came over to this video after your cosy game video. I tried to follow your Goodreads link to check of you had read my cosy book recommendations but unfortunately it doesn't work. My two books are The little book of Hygge by Meik Viking and the Christmas chronicles by Nigel Slater. I have read both of these books every winter for the past few years.

This was so cosy and lovely. Also I love your accent, the little bits of Scottish in the way you say things like as well
