Probably because it’s over 300 ft (it sounds like it hasn’t been measured at the deepest point) deep and they weren’t experienced divers. Water that deep can cause what’s called nitrogen poisoning and can give you hallucinations. They were kids. They were also there at night. Any of those could be why. Or maybe a combination of them.

The vault in Norway is probably not wise to try to breach, because of polar bears, most people there are armed. Also, it’s night all winter, day all summer and I highly believe the people who live there has to be some of the most hard core people in the world. I really want to visit the island one day, as it looks absolutely beautiful ♥️ but don’t mess with the vault or the people, you want them on your side when the polar bears come 😅

I've been to Centralia before. We went to a coal mine museum in Port Carbon Pennsylvania and learned about Centralia there, so decided to take a small detour to go see it. Samn is it eery seeing a layout of roads with absolutely no houses.

Just a couple examples of errors here: It is NOT true that the Bolton Strid has "a 100% fatality rate." In fact, survivors who have either fallen into it or swam in it voluntarily have reported on their experiences. So much for the claim of a 100% fatality rate. And although I didn't confirm this, I would be willing to bet that of those who drowned, none of their bodies have been found. Also, it should be noted that the terracota is not closed for study but the Tomb, which is over 1 kilometer from the army, has never been opened to protect its contents and it is believed that lead is a hazard.
