Aaah it's so fun watching your experience, even the minute details like being on top of dusting, reducing plastic usage, sourcing fresh fruit, etc. it's so inspiring, I pray your business grows! Tiny request: can you please make the subtitles bigger? They're a bit hard to read specially on a small device.
I've been watching korean cafe vlogs before and I always look forward for PH cafe owners to do it and tadaa! I found your vlog! ❤❤ even your vlogs are cozy ❤
Omo! Korean and Japanese cafe vlogs are my inspo, too before I started my own cafe vlogs. Kaya medyo I think nakuha ko yung editing styles nila. Hahahaha. May konting story telling and showing of cafe interior. Thank you so much, btw! I will upload more cafe vlogs in the future. :D
Dahil sa kapapanood ko ng Korean Coffee Vlog, your coffee vlog appeared in the algorithm. At last a Filipino coffee vlog! Excited ako sa mga videos mo.
Yey! New upload! 🎉 I watched this while folding my clothes, and tbh I got a bit dizzy kasi ang liit ng caption and most of the time nasa bar mat huhu 🥲😓 I suggest a bigger caption or with a highlight na white para mas mabasa po 😊 🩷 Anyways, I love this episode! Much more improved and interactive 🥰 Cheers to more views and subbies, po! Nag crave tuloy ako mag iced coffee 😅❤ Sana may Q&A, Café Tour, and shoutouts next episodes hihihi 😁😘 Aaand looking forward to your IU concert 😍 I am from Mindanao and a full time SAHM so it's just a dream to attend concerts 💔 I am happy that you can still enjoy your free time especially on Sundays 🌷 Love lots! 💕
Omo, too late ko na narealize yung captions ko T_T I'm so sorry. Sabi nga din nung unang nag comment, nahirapan sya magbasa. Bawi ako sa sunod na vlog. Hahahahaha! Anyway, thank you so much for watching it. Not demanding at all. I appreciate this kind of feedback. At least I know what to improve sa next edit ko. Hihihi. Again, thank you so much. P.S. Sa next upload ko ng cafe vlog, mag iinclude ako ng thread for Q&As. As for the cafe tour, after ko na mag general cleaning coz the kitchen is so makalat tignan HAHAHAHA. Mag coffee ka na! Deserve mo yan. :D
@@mariearboleda1201 sadly, none. coz you know that we're not allowed to record her con here T_T i didn't bother to film it as well because of the hassle that day - from driving for 5hours & falling in line just to get in + the another 2 hrs stuck in arena before i get to exit to nlex hahahahahahaha i was really tired that day. nonetheless, i had fun. i hope you had a good time as well!!!
That depends on your target location and drinks/food to offer. But since I’m located in a neighborhood and only have a small space, I started with 250k (milktea and donut lang po yun) then after a year, I invested around 150k again to add coffee naman and other pastries for the store. I’m still investing everytime nag aadd and innovate ako ng products. But the latest renov ko was 2022 pa. Due to the inflation in the price of construction materials and raw ingredients for coffee, expect nyo na din po na mas mataas na yung magagastos nyo now.
Ikr huhu but we need to measure everything so we can make sure that the taste is consistent. It’s a thing here in the Philippines. Also, it helps us with the inventory thingy. I watched a lot of cafe vlogs from different countries and I conclude that measuring ingredients is a common thing in asian countries - at least from what I watched hahaha! Anyway, thank you 🫶🏻
@@BARISTAEIAH wow! I thought that might of been why. I have seen it a bit in Asian cafe blogs too! I suppose in Australia we don't really have a big drink selection with alot of different flavours 😂
@@eloise.r I see! That must have been the reason why coz here, we have a lot of drink selection 🤣 Haha! I wonder how do you calculate the costing for your ingredients, though?
@@BARISTAEIAH well typically we use either 1 or 2 shots of espresso and then add milk after depending on the cup size. Because the espresso shot should be the same size each time, I guess if a cup is 8oz and a shot is 2oz then the milk would be 6oz? If that makes sense, so essentially we calculate the milk based on the espresso😅, if someone wants vanilla syrup that is either 1 or 2 pumps depending on size aswell.
@@eloise.r ohhhh that makes sense. I get it now. Thank you so much for explaining 🫶🏻✨ I’ll try to do that one of these days as a test run coz I’m curious! Haha.
Hahaha that’s so sweet! I wish I could hire barista for now but like what I said in my previous vlogs, need ko po muna magfocus here sa store. Maybe in the future pag may new branch na 😇✨ Thank you so much!
