    Love you Andrew but sweet little Avie has you beat not only in effort and angelic addittude and the cuteness overload but what an improvement as a little guy❤ Sorry but you just can't beat that little sweetie.😅 That was the best video ever!! We all wish we had dads like that! 😇 ❤ That little boy has me so jelly! I so wish I could have had kids. Especially boys.

    How do you control the anxiety when you push hard like that and just can’t seem to catch your breath? Wrestled all my life and never figured it out. New to CrossFit and I seem to have at least one or two panic attacks a week when I push outside of the comfort zone.

      Have you discussed this with your doctor? I'm not a doctor, but this sounds like you might be having asthma attacks. I hope you get this figured out!

      You have to do it with things you are a bit more comfortablt with. Learning on a rower or assualt bike will be good. Maybe burpees.
      Just get to the point where you want to stop, and then throttle down for an extra few reps. Know that you're going to survive. Also know that you get 99% of the benefit from putting yourself into that position.

    I swear I'm going to do grace tomorrow. Just got stitches out but screw it. I'm doing it. Might be slow but recovering from surgery blows! I'm over it. Time to dig in and dig deep!!😅

    I can’t breathe after climbing a flight of stairs. Am I a CrossFitter? I timed myself going up and ate a fistful of nuts in the morning beforehand.
