As a long time beginner solver and currently avg 23s, the only flaw I see in your challenge is the white face done upside down. Now maybe beginner method evolved since 2007, but I recall my sources taught me to solve white face on top (and not even starting with a "cross", that bit didn't existed yet back then, it was just "solve it intuitively bru"). But I appreciate the effort. Beginner method is so much underestimated and misunderstood. I use a total of 4 algos with a few variations, my latests PBs stand around 12 and 15s. Nobody knew because most sources nowadays tell you to "drop the beginner method after a couple weeks". Which is fair if you want to move on quickly to sub10 method. But for curious people who just wanna pull some casual and fancy 30s, beginner method is the easiest way. You only need fingertricks and lot of practice. Besides with recent cubes you can definetly achieve solves between 17 and 20s.
Hey I noticed something a didn't know about the algo that comes after doing sune, the one that permutates the yellow corners. You do U turns, then do the algo, then flip the cube and solve the corners with the yellow cross missaligned (because of the U turn). I thought you were not allowed to do U turns there. You can see what I am saying in the solve where you miss a corner. At 5:37 u finish sune and spend 2-3 seconds looking for some pattern until you do a U turn at 5.40 (will need speed of the video at 0.25) and then the algo. As a result when you flip the cube, the yellow cross is missaligned but it doesnt seem to matter, which I didnt know.. Can someone explain me that pattern, it's not the most known for beginners method, I believe. tyty
it'd be also be cool to learn about the tricks u use that we beginners averagin 60s are not likely to use, like the ones u prolly use for the edges. I found lil information on the internet on how to get sub30-40s with beginner method
@@divcubing3079 if you can't do f2l in under 30 seconds, you can't solve a cube in under 30 seconds. F2l is the most underrated and most important part of getting faster.
Me with my 1 min 40 sec average : *shocked pikachu face*
Lol
Frr

@@Unkownguy941 I had a skip or two. I have this time range around 20 times a year. Like most PB, it's lucky scramble or lucky turns.
Still insane how u can get sub 20 bro
@@Unkownguy941 A decade of stubborness

Hey how are solving the 2nd layer could you tell???
I just practiced for a few hours before recording so I got really good at recognizing edge and corner patterns
@@Learn_The_Cube okay thanks
It's stupid to put this much time into it tho😂 just learn real f2L to get sub 30
my pb for solving the rubik's cube with the beginner method is 35 seconds

Fun!
Sub 20 guide with cfop pls
I am sub 30 with cross corners second layer 2 look oll and 2 look pll 😂
Yeah that’s what I use. Cross corners Second Layer then two look for oll and pll so like ccsop

@@Learn_The_Cube nice the v2 m?
Silver Guns yup, magnetic and only $8
@@Learn_The_Cube i got the same one bu t i added an addition 48 :)
I knew that was my cube lol. Some weight 5 on the pieces and springs really quiets it down alot. But its a bit slower as a result
Mine PB is 31.02 with the Beginners Method
Lol well I just made a vid where I get a sub 30 average with only beginner's method
@@Learn_The_Cube Uhh I get only 45 average
Cubizer well, you can learn basic f2L to get around 30, then by learning more advanced last layer algs it should be easy to break that barrier
mines 29
Mines 37.02
I got almost sub 20 with begginers method
Which app was that,?
DC timer. I also use it in my "What is OLL" and "What is PLL?" Videos
I can't do sub 30 with cfop
That's most likely an f2l issue
@@Learn_The_Cube no the pll issue
