It's funny since despite having similar plots, Kagerou Project and HetaOni have oddly different moods to them. Kagerou Project songs: Typically rock ballets, save for a few tearjerkers *looks at Summertime Record* HetaOni: Really slow, beautiful songs. I survived a HetaOni version of Ayano's Theory of Happiness and three versions of Summertime Record. My heart is kinda dying over here.

The reason that the final bit is in third person but still Italy is because Italy didn't KNOW England was turning back time. He just assumed he failed again. Now what if you went into hetaoni alone....then you are gonna die, but it still won't be as brutal as the death you'll face in corpse party. Another thing about hetaoni is when you die, yeah everyone forgets you, but you dont feel the pain forever. In corpse party, if you die, you feel that pain for all eternity. So where would I rather be...Hetaoni..Even if in corpse party I had a bunch of people with me, and in hetaoni I was by myself, I would still choose hetaoni. I also guarantee that if the hetalia characters got trapped in corpse party, then thats it, they're all dead, even if Italy loops time, they will still die in 2 seconds, no chance to do anything.
