That's why I hate playing missions and heists with randoms because they don't know what to do, they constantly kill their team mates, or they just act stupid. Changed my MTU settings so I don't have to deal with the assclowns online. Downside - I can't play these missions. Saying that, the general IQ of GTAO players is -1000 so that might not be a bad thing
