That ending cutscene was dope! It is a shame that such a good and true ending is very unaccesible for most players, as most of them will only play the game casually. The grind in this is game is a kick on the back, it is even grinder than some MMOs out there lol.

I feel like the Next SAO game should be set during the events of Ordinale Scale where you continue the story of your own character and you find some clues about itsuki playing Ordinale Scale so you decide to get a Augma and set out on a quest to find Itsuki and help Kirito find out why SAO survivors are losing their memories. (And in the movie ordinal scale Kirito and his friends can see Yui so you could see your Arfa-Sys)

For true ending you need to get Kureha, arfa sys, Zeliska, and Itsuki to affinity 4 75% before the SBC flu gel quest and I think you also have to do Basalt Joe. Then you have to make sure you did Asuna, Lisbeth, and Agil's side quest. make sure you go and romance your arfasys, your weird friend Kureha, the queen Zeliska, and then the evil boi Itsuki. And I also think you might have to go on a few dates with the old man 😐 then after all is done you should get a charm from your arfasys when you enter your home. Once that happens all you gotta do is beat the boss and make sure to DPS the crap out a him. I actually finally got the good ending after hours of useless grinding before finding out how to actually get the ending.
Was, just playing this on the Switch and got Zeliska killed in one of the endings since it was either Kureha or Zeliska, didn't exactly want to get either killed, but didn't know the requirements for the true ending. But since they have this ending, one with Zeliska and Kureha wonder if it is bad I kind of wanted to see an ending where the main player character gets killed considering they had a nerve gear as well.
But.... but ehat about raising afinity ranks of all the characters, the mini events, the charm.... So you gotta hit it till its dead fast? Damn i had to try 8 times to figure this out

I did everything precisely yet I have not received the amulet that the arfa-sys gave me, in the end I keep redoing it only to see that the quest name is “the clincher”.
ugh getting this seems like more trouble than it's worth. if i remember correctly i only have level 4 afinity with arpha-sys, kuhera and yuuki, since i never bothered changing this party for the most part since they're all fucking useless anyway other than arpha-sys (which i made into a very tanky healer)... and only arpha-sys is actually maxed.
I take it by the title this is the ending you get if you max the friendship with everyone. I'm watching a kind of LP provided by K-wingletsplays. He claims he's not going to bother raising the friendships in other words he'll be getting the bad ending. So I'm rather nervous about that.
I've tried to get this ending several times and it just won't give it to me. I don't know what i'm doing wrong and have given up. And after watching this I can see I'm not really missing much.
Max affinity for Afasys, Kureha, Zeliska, Itsuki, and Bazalt Joe. Have level affinity 2 for the rest of the characters, you can farm affinity by having your squadron on standby and reviving them constantly. There is a video on it, you can just search for affinity farming sword art online fatal bullet. Get the amulet from arfasys. Then you need to complete all green quests in kirito mode and regular mode and (what worked for me) was LITERALLY finishing every quest. I have tried 5 times without being able to get the true ending, but when I finished all quests it worked. Do this all before quest mother maria and then you'll get the true ending. I had to grind a lot for this.
Number one, my characters name in the game is actually Mizuki Kalabhiti. Small word lol. Number two, I hated Kureha as a character. In all honesty, when she died, I just restarted and did Co-op. I'm only trying for the "True Ending" for the 🏆. I dislike that they don't even bring up what she did, and said before, even in a private conversation. That just, doesn't sit right with me.
I felt terrible when I got the ending when Kureha died. I could not accept it at all and when the game offered to return to a certain point, I took that offer without hesitation, intent on finishing the prerequisites. When I got the Arfa-Sys Amulet, I knew then and there I got everything I needed to do done.

read the description only the OG Characters need to be Affinity level 2. Kureha Zeliska, Bazalt Joe, & Itsuki need to be Affinity level 4 and like you said at least 75% of that filled.
soooo now i have the amulet but i have a new problem... before i talk to afrasys there is always the waring: do you really want to give up on kirito mod? (something like this) is this normal? aaaand to stop the darkphere attack do i have to push his lp in the last bar? and how do i get 2 guns?
Yes, the Kirito mode warning will always pop up. as for the DarkSphere it's a little ways into the last HP bar however you will know if you stoped it when the boss flinch back and fall to the ground. as for two guns if you are referring to dual welding gun you learn how to do that after you beat Joe for a 3rd time, after you learn it go to your equipment go to the gun you want and press "Y" on Xbox, Triangle on PS4, not sure on the button for PC (if you go to equipment and go down to the weapon you want to dual weld it will say what the button is at the bottom of the screen), NOTE not every weapon can be dual weld only SMG, AR, Shotguns, Handguns, and certain lunchers, you will also need twice the stats of the weapon you want to dual weld, example a handgun that has a stat requirement STR 10 DEX 32 would require you to have a stat of STR 20 DEX 64 in order to duel weld.

you unlock expert mode from the options menu at the title screen. When at the options screen on the main menu go all the way over to Other setting and from there you can change the game to Easy, Normal, or Expert

You can max out your affinity with all characters as your own character. You get affinity by reviving your characters and returning to SBC Glocken. The only difference is that you can only view certain scenes with seven certain characters (Asuna, Leafa, Silica, Lisbeth, Argo, Yuuki, and Sinon) as Kirito, while everyone else you can do as your own character.
Oh okay. I can get affinity by completing quests too. It feels like it could a little slower though. One last question: Do any other characters give you weapons by ranking up their affinity? Because with Simon I got her sniper and with my second play through the rank on it changed after I got it the second time. But I've been trying to find a different colored blade other than blue or purple but I couldn't find one. I noticed Yuuki has a red one and I want it lol.
Is it possible to get true ending without the arphasys amulet? (meaning without getting the affinity ranks up). My hypothesis would be as long as i can stagger the boss while its charging death ray no one will die right? Doesnt that automatically direct me to the true ending?

Question 1. Yes you must do the dates. Question 2. you only need rank 2 or higher, what % they are after rank 2 doesn't matter. Question 3. you just have to beat DeathGun

Yes you can, i just did. This video helped me after i got sent back to courdia. i didnt have to play kirito mode again though, my arfa unit gave me the charm after i finished levelling all my friends to level 4s and 2s as the video mentioned. Cheers

you can start a new game and keep all you weapons, skills, level, exc (note your affinity level for everyone will NOT carry over to New Game+). To do this you must beat the game and chose not to rewind time, after you return to the title screen press start game select your save and it will give you the option. Also you can turn on Expert mode at anytime just be warn the enemies go from level 76 at early game up to level 150 at end game, this is why it's advise to play through on Normal first

Nope as long as you did it once on that play through your good, if you go to NG+ you will have to do Kirito mode again.

Hey umm ive finished the game twice now how do I get this extreme mode?
you unlock expert mode from the options menu at the title screen. When at the options screen on the main menu go all the way over to Other setting and from there you can change the game to Easy, Normal, or Expert

I figured out how to check affinity but for certain characters do you have to USE kirito in kirito mode to unlock certain characters?
You can max out your affinity with all characters as your own character. You get affinity by reviving your characters and returning to SBC Glocken. The only difference is that you can only view certain scenes with seven certain characters (Asuna, Leafa, Silica, Lisbeth, Argo, Yuuki, and Sinon) as Kirito, while everyone else you can do as your own character.
Oh okay. I can get affinity by completing quests too. It feels like it could a little slower though. One last question: Do any other characters give you weapons by ranking up their affinity? Because with Simon I got her sniper and with my second play through the rank on it changed after I got it the second time. But I've been trying to find a different colored blade other than blue or purple but I couldn't find one. I noticed Yuuki has a red one and I want it lol.
Is it possible to get true ending without the arphasys amulet? (meaning without getting the affinity ranks up). My hypothesis would be as long as i can stagger the boss while its charging death ray no one will die right? Doesnt that automatically direct me to the true ending?
it is not possible. (I've tried still does the normal ending)

Well this is pissing me right off third go, got the charm still got a bad ending... Okay real question, well 2 actually. Is it really true you have to do "make or break" before Kirito mode (I tried rewinding time and it looks like you can't actually replay the mode even though it looks like you can)

2nd, how far do u have to go in Kirito Mode to get the charm? Just beat it? OR beat it &! do every ity bity tiny thing in it like going on dates with Asuna as Kirito? After which I presume ur AI just gives u the charm....
Question 1. Yes you must do the dates. Question 2. you only need rank 2 or higher, what % they are after rank 2 doesn't matter. Question 3. you just have to beat DeathGun

kinda late but like, how do you even "stop" the dark sphere attack? will the charm stop the attack?
I've done this 4 times and nothing I do can stop the attack. He just slowly turns and continues charging. I have to reload by the time he's done

you can rewind back to before Mother Claudia or go to NG++ (same as NG+)

Yes you can, i just did. This video helped me after i got sent back to courdia. i didnt have to play kirito mode again though, my arfa unit gave me the charm after i finished levelling all my friends to level 4s and 2s as the video mentioned. Cheers

Zeliska joins you after the gate keeper and Joe joins after you beat him a 3rd time

you can start a new game and keep all you weapons, skills, level, exc (note your affinity level for everyone will NOT carry over to New Game+). To do this you must beat the game and chose not to rewind time, after you return to the title screen press start game select your save and it will give you the option. Also you can turn on Expert mode at anytime just be warn the enemies go from level 76 at early game up to level 150 at end game, this is why it's advise to play through on Normal first

The true ending is so fucking awesome when kirito and your character fight with the hunter players but the game is so fucked up if you want to play anymore or do freeroom you need to rewind the time to the ship why the game can not continue ? Well actually that true ending "does not exists" because you rewind the time.... i think developers was drunked when did they make the game why that game can not continue after the end you can do bob ,co-op, pvp,free room what you need anymore? + you have all the character one - the bastard itsuki but who needs him ?
