Every-time I see this vid, i want to be the demo or heavy helping out the scout. I think every tf2 player needs to see this, it promotes team work so well, the song also fit brilliantly!
I keep finding myself re-watching this video for all the little details you added to the characters moves and game play. Particularly the Heavy calling for a medic seen with a spy cloaked as a medic made me chuckle.
I can't really say anything on the quality of this video that someone else hasn't said but it really is a fine video. Plain and simple it very deserving of more views.
Absolutely gorgeous. As said numerous times, the only thing wrong was the rather stiff looking posing for the shots of the scout singing, perhaps make him more with more vigor [..Probably too hard at this point, though, so I don't blame you] Absolutely marvelous, though. MUSIC, DRAMA, IMAGERY and jetpacks.
The melody after the lyrics sounded a lot like Terra's theme from Final Fantasy. This is easily one of (if not THE) best TF2 video(s) I have ever witnessed! ''You are now subscribed to Sakuuluki.''
Ignore this question, straight after I posted it I thought of a way of doing it, really really great video anyway, probably the best video created in Source Filmmaker I have ever seen.
Sum nice feedback you got there. I would've improved the scene at 2:30, but the save feature was bugged when using HWM models and custom animations, so I needed to complete it in one go. I had to completely redo it several times.
Loved the end!! Perfect oppertunity to recreate one of the funniest "poops" i have ever seen. This song and TF2 go together brilliantly and the scene with the scout was just flawless You have earned yourself a subscriber
Yeah, I had to do that entire scene in one go because save feature was not working. And with Filmmaker constantly crashing I had to completely redo it multiple times.
The band, Machinae Supremacy, has many references to video games in their music. It is highly possible that Terra's theme was the source of inspiration for that melody part.
Ah, the annual spy-crab migration. Truly a natural marvel that mother nature has produced. Notice how they gracefully move in-sync with one another--a crucial factor in their hunting tactics and survival. Absolutely breathtaking. =D
It varied greatly depending on the scene, if it had many particle effects it would render at 10 seconds per frame. It took 6 hours to render the last scene with soldiers fighting in battlements (1 minute of footage) because of constant rocket spam and because I rendered it at 60 fps. I didn't mark up rest of the render times, though, but they were quite long. Rendering the video from Adobe Premiere took 2 hours.
Despite the incredibly nasally voice the singer has, it compliments the beautiful backup vocalist's voice, thus making this song tolerable, and.. Actually pretty nice. Nice video Saku, I came buckets.
@orkkilla5589 1. I'm not sure. Valve hasn't said anything about it. 2. There is a good tutorial on that under the name Source Film Maker Tutorial 3 - Moving Cameras
@Thearmyofsnipers I got it with uTorrent I think. On Machinae Supremacy HQ download page it says 'There's a lot of Machinae Supremacy content available on peer-to-peer. But remember, folks... seed what you leech. ;-)'
I would like to tank you for introducing me to one of the best bands I have ever listened to. I am going to go see them at MAGFest next January!

I love how smooth the camera move is.
This deserve more views
The Medic dance was beautiful. Best part of the video in my opinion. The jetpack medic at the end was the second best part.
This deserves WAY more views..Dx
I keep finding myself re-watching this video for all the little details you added to the characters moves and game play. Particularly the Heavy calling for a medic seen with a spy cloaked as a medic made me chuckle.
brilliant, i love all the little touches, and the W+M1 pyro in the intro was great
No matter how many times i watch this it only gets more and more amazing. You have truly outdone yourself.
Over a decade later and I still love this, it's incredible stuff
I can't really say anything on the quality of this video that someone else hasn't said but it really is a fine video.
Plain and simple it very deserving of more views.
Im soo glad i sat thru this start to finish. ending was so worth it! good job.
Absolutely gorgeous. As said numerous times, the only thing wrong was the rather stiff looking posing for the shots of the scout singing, perhaps make him more with more vigor [..Probably too hard at this point, though, so I don't blame you]

The music video is absolutely brillant, and the ending... its beautiful, simply, beautiful :')
You did an excellent job making the Scout lp-sync so well to the song...wish I can do something like this later on when I get a better computer =)
Wonder how this'd look in the new Source Filmmaker.
Ignore this question, straight after I posted it I thought of a way of doing it, really really great video anyway, probably the best video created in Source Filmmaker I have ever seen.
Nostalgy.
Sum nice feedback you got there.
I would've improved the scene at 2:30, but the save feature was bugged when using HWM models and custom animations, so I needed to complete it in one go. I had to completely redo it several times.
Amazing video. Spycrabes at the end is just perfect! I LOVE THIS VIDEO!
This brought a tear to my eye. I am not even kidding you.
Great video, deserves a full watching if for nothing else, the heavy at the end haha
I love how you can see the medic spy from earlier in the movie at 3:30
Also epicly great work!
As if there weren't enough reasons to favorite this, You added a "HEAVY IS JETPACK" remake.
Dude this is awesome ;D! And the Heavy jetpack at the end! :D
Keep up the good work man ;D!
Ugh, I nearly started crying. This is too amazing
Fucking. Awesome.
Nice camera work and everything. I thought the face posing could've been better, but it was much, MUCH better than I could ever do.
Loved the end!! Perfect oppertunity to recreate one of the funniest "poops" i have ever seen.
This song and TF2 go together brilliantly and the scene with the scout was just flawless

I'm not a TF2 guy , but hey.. this was BEAUTIFUL...
and the song soooo matches the video.. almost had a tear going down. 5stars & faved.
I really love the starting, because that noobness is so true...
You need to make more stuff like this. As in, more TF2/source filmmaker music videos.

Ingame heavy jetpack?
NEED AN UNLOCK HERE!
this is wat pure win looks like! Deserves more views
wow, your videos make everything look so fucking badass
Epic video... but I couldn't stop staring at the useful pyro on the bridge in the beginning.
I sent this into the tf2 podcast Kritzkast and They talked about it on their show. Good one :D
Not bad at all, man. Not bad at all. I laughed more than a little at the Spy disguised as Medic running towards the enemy Heavy at 3:31
This is amazing, very professional too!
love the ending. best tf2 video I've seen in a log time.
And so, the Heavy and the Medic, bail from the havocs of 2FORT, on to more adventures to come...
Beuatiful. Make more of these!
@haruningster In SFM you can record camera by playing as a class, which creates realistic movement.
I loved how when the Heavy near the end was calling Medic, you showed a cloaked Spy going in that direction. xD...
Yeah, I had to do that entire scene in one go because save feature was not working. And with Filmmaker constantly crashing I had to completely redo it multiple times.
This has to be the single most epic TF2 video I have ever seen. Even better than Law Abiding Engineer. Sub'd and fav'd,
I lol'd in the end when the Heavy called out for the Medic and then a spy disguised as a medic comes out from the battlements xD
Friggin EPIC Lip-sync and Animation!!!!
Never have my eyes seen such greatness.
4:26
The day has come.... the day we all feared. We ignored it but it has returned. The spy crab...
The band, Machinae Supremacy, has many references to video games in their music. It is highly possible that Terra's theme was the source of inspiration for that melody part.
Faved for the remaking of the heavy jetpack. And for being a great vid.
Holy shit this is amazing. Scout singing looks a little strange but otherwise very nice work!
omg the ending was awesome i love the original heavy is jetpack btw very very gewd video
Ah, the annual spy-crab migration. Truly a natural marvel that mother nature has produced. Notice how they gracefully move in-sync with one another--a crucial factor in their hunting tactics and survival. Absolutely breathtaking.

omg...too...epic...for...words.....very very very good work dude!
amazing once again sakuukuli
I loved the Heavy is Jetpack remake at the end
The ending was lovely, with the dancing medics. :D
This was just awesome, best TF2 Fanmade movie ever.
the heavy in the assault on blu sentry is VERY HAPPY!
you just made tf2 ine of the most epic things ever.
I wish this was the "Meet the Scout". BEST. VIDEO. EVER.
lol.. the smile that comes when the scout is getting up always makes me laugh...:P
@tiredhappy27 Well, this is machimina, so most of the animating was made by the game engine. I only did animation for Scout sitting and singing.
It varied greatly depending on the scene, if it had many particle effects it would render at 10 seconds per frame. Rendering the video from Adobe Premiere took 2 hours.
the end really made me belive the heavy and medic were real lol!
@Sakuukuli Not to mention the one at 1:25 with the Kukri, (LOL the scout just passes him.)

Ending = biggest win ever.
Favorited because of Heavy is Jetpack Source Filmmaker Edition.
@jamesm19932 One can be seen at the far side of the battlements at 2:08, it headshots the soldier at 2:10.
