Way to go! You've conquered the toughest Contra challenge yet. Your heroic deeds have restored peace to a war torn world. The Alien forces have been destroyed by a gaming champion! Your efforts will not be forgotten..... 10/9/2024
This ending theme is worth every hour you put into Contra 3, just to hear that beautiful music that the characters are on their way back home...it really brings me back to the times I played this game with my cousin. A fanfare worthy of only the best of games!

Having the helicopter pick you up, then soaring through the skies towards home as the credits roll, to be dropped off in the city to a hero’s welcome by the civilians and other survivors!
Back in the day; YOU EARNED THOSE END CREDITS, the Song just says: YOU DEFEATED, THANKS FOR PLAYING. Back in the day; this type of Credit Roll and Ending was the Reward; "A Peaceful Time Will Come"
pantherablaze Please...stop with this stupid bullshit. Games always were business first and art later. Developers in big companies have never worked for sweets and "thank you's". You wouldn't had any sequels for Contra, if it was not commercially viable franchise.
Keyboard warriors.... gotta love them. You're right, it has to be a commercial success in order to make a sequel, however. In the early 90's video game technology was rudimentary in comparison to today, crafting a video game such as Contra which had great visuals, and amazing soundtrack and plus since it didn't have voice acting or CGI animation, it's gameplay pretty much tells the game's plot. Sure it needs to sell in order to get a sequel but today... developers tend to get a franchise in their hands and a large budget and guess what... it fails miserably.... just look at Resident Evil 6. Big budget, big team, zero fucks given to game experience and all ended in a fail game. It's you who needs to stop your ignorant bullshit, keyboard warrior
pantherablaze You think you're not a keyboard warrior? Please. From your words you sound like a typical nostalgic KW, who stuck in the past. You pretty much spouting typical fanboish mantra about how: "grass was greener". Your words are definition of ignorant bullshit, nostalgic fanboy.
pantherablaze I just commented on, what appears to be, stupid nostalgia-filled senseless opinion, on a video I've randomly visited. It does not mean I am going around targeting idiots. Though, you can stay butthurt, if you want. I like that.

This Game, Castlevania IV, Metroid and Zelda: A link to the past are the greatest games EVER developed! I miss my old SNES console.. =(
F-Zero is good too!
A great game deserves no less than a great ending theme.

The epicness is off the charts here

Trae recuerdos esa melodia
Está música de victoria se vería genial en un montaje de triunfos de héroes de anime.
Sounds like the end of the fight from Rocky V at 2:13
When he finished Drago.
@@antoniotaylor1222 I was actually thinking when he threw those last punches at Tommy from Rocky 5 just before he fell on that bus
@@ryandiggs750 You're but wasn't that on the Drago part to before he fell?
@@antoniotaylor1222 It kinda was but it sounds a little different or remixed
@@ryandiggs750 Oh...I see.
"Contra 3: The Alien Wars"
The peaceful time will come!

Nothing sweeter then kicking Red Falcon's Red Ass on hard mode and then hearing this epicness
en serio konami si sabe componer canciones y de todos sus juegos en especial el konami de ahora tiene que sacar esa chispa que tenia antes
Respect
2023... Keep on rocking!!!
Awesome ending theme.
Japanese people must have a lot of bad ass shit, to be able to make stuff like this. THe music alone sounds all masculine and tough.
Back then making games used to be an art. Now its all commercial bullshit

Best part.
I always wonder if old video game music composers also created music for films.
For Super Probotector too
