Hello, I’ve been binge watching your videos to prepare myself for my first ever convention. I’m not sure if I should get a vendors space or Artist Alley. For more context I make anime inspired body care and earrings. How ever I am not an artist, I paid other Artists to create my characters on my packaging. So not sure if it’s okay to take up space in the artist community. Please Advise
I would ask the convention you plan to attend. They may not mind you being in artist alley. Vendor spaces are normally more expensive and may be too much for your first event but if the event won't allow you in artist alley then of course you'll have to try a vendor space!
Usually artist alley requires the products to be your own artwork 😊 however I would check with the convention first to see if it’s okay to do the artist alley! 🩵
