A typical breakfast in my country (Brazil) is usually very simple (I'm talking about middle class): bread, in portuguese we call it "french bread" or "salt bread". I add cheese and grill it on a traditional fryer. Some peopple add a fried egg to it, but I don't. I like to eat other types of bread, especially those we call "candy bread" with much butter. We drink much coffee from morning through evening.
In my view in Poland the typical breakfast is simply sandwich with cheese, ham and tomato. Other option is dairy like cottage cheese with veggies and bread 😃

Korean breakfast is definitely lighter and healthier, in my opinion.
