Another excellent and informative visit by Ben. Glenfiddich has so much history and uniqueness being still family owned and run that I think they should re market themselves in a much different way to what they do at present. I used to be a big fan of the brand but think it has changed a lot over the past few years and not for the better. I have a 12yr old bought for me as a present recently and it just has almost no flavour at all, the 15yr old was a staple of mine but again has lots it's sherried profile and the 18 and 21 and 23 yr olds really should be bottled at least at 43% . I have tasted the 18 at 43% and the airport version of the 21 bottled at 43.4% ( I think ) and they are just SO much better for it. An excellent distillery, steeped in history and tradition but not presented and expressed as well as it could be.
Excellent video. Glenfiddich was my first single malt and what got me into whisky. While now my heart lies with Islay Glenfiddich has remained a staple favourite of mine having tried the 12, 15 and 18 loving them all greatly. Looking forward to more great content
Such a great Distillery my first single malt I have tried in my life was the Glenfiddich 12 y that was in 1989 till now I can remember that taste in my mouth and how different it was compeared with the blended I also start drinking it straight not adding any water or ice cuz its the only way to get the full taste of it and not to spoil the flavor The gentleman in the interview carry great personalty and high manner & knowledge representing the W Grants family as an Ambassador is an excellent choice Good luck for the Glenfiddich stay on top and keep going to make the world drink one of the best Single malts Whisky money can buy 👍👍👍
Enjoyed this film. Glenfiddich 12 was my favorite for many years when I just 'drank' whisky with water. Have recently tried the 15 Solera as I am exploring sipping whiskies. And it is so good that it may be the new favorite. I have not been able to afford the 18 and older ones, but I did try the 15 Perpetual. One of the best that I have tried in my yet small journey.
30 odd years affshore into spiders at dyce an 2 nips oh the stags heed then train and up the road brilliant a Glenfiddich has always been ma favorite made in Scotland from today's rain saor alba 🏴🏴🏴🥃🥃

Thats huge distillery. I enjoy Glenfiddich 12, even with lover abv. Would love to get more realeases for whiskey nerds 😊
