- I needed a change of scene and can always do with a few more clothing items so I head out, in spite of the rain, to Pontypridd on the train this afternoon. I have quite a successful trip and finish it off with a delicious coffee in Costa Coffee Shop :)

I haven’t used a brolly for 30 years - too much hassle. I have a small rucksack for daily use, a hooded jacket and sturdy boots that are very comfy in all weathers. Makes sense. Oh, and I ALWAYS go charity shopping in the rain (less people about).

Imo yes..I love charity shops and have had some great bargains down the years ,some unworn and good labels ..silly people who don't go charity shopping leave the wonderful finds to the rest of us x 😊

The black dress looked so cute on you. Corelle dishes are light weight but I find them very durable and use them daily.
That was fun going into the shops. The black dress looks really cute on you. I don't like tops that fall off the shoulder either... I'm always tugging them up. Lots of rain for you. We are in for a lovely dry spell with temps going up to 22c for the weekend. I'll be working in the yard for sure.

I love EBay and Vinted for clothes Imo. I’m sometimes lucky in charity shops. But I prefer online for these things, especially shoes.

I would be lost without my waterproofs. The bib and braces cost quite a lot, but I wiukx spend that money again as they are amazing!

It's great when you find some clothes for a good price. Strange how you lose tshirts but I have a few singles socks until I find their mate stuck inside a garment. We had rain also.

I'm glad 😌 you had a nice 🙂 time in Ponty. The rain ☔ can be frustrating when filming 🎥 and going in and out of the shops. There is an independent health food store called Pete's Shop on Taff Street which I recommend. I shop regularly there. I prefer it over Holland and Barrett.
