Anaheim is a city outside Los Angeles, in Southern California. It's home to the Disneyland Resort, a massive complex of family-friendly, Disney-themed rides, restaurants, hotels and shops. The city's also home to pro sports teams. The Honda Center is the indoor arena where the Anaheim Ducks hockey team plays, and Angel Stadium is the home field of the Los Angeles Angels baseball team.

The team behind these stoves swimmingly brings the vibrant smoke- and spice-focused cuisine of the Yucatán Peninsula to life. Of course, that same region's rich and complex history simply means diners can expect nothing less than seriously intriguing cooking.
Start off with a mezcal cocktail, customized with tamarind and mole bitters. Mexican wines by the glass are another welcome introduction. From there, spoon up every last drop of the charred habanero salsa that accompanies crisp corn empanadas filled with Oaxacan cheese and epazote. Sikil p’ak-a pumpkin seed dip-is a regional favorite; then turkey smothered in pungent recado rojo makes a heady delight. Cool off over a honey nut cafe, topped with jalapeño-spiked chantilly cream and a single hoja santa leaf.

We Go To Los Ángeles, enAnahaim , to eat.
We gave up on anything outside to be cook at home. We get the better results the better and the best ingredients.

Honestly none of those restaurants are even close to the authentic Lebanese restaurants. They’re unfortunately just wannabes with OK food at best as most of the owners care about profit more than anything else. Home cooking is our only resort in California.
