Hey i wanted to let everyone know that I realize that we some how lost the footage of the valve adjustment process during up loading but we still have it on our culpmputer, it takes about 12ish hrs to save and upload a video so I will try and have it posted today or tomorrow as it's own video and it will be a short one again sorry this is a bit.of a learning curve for both of us
Meh, when we were kids we never even heard of a valve adjustment and ran our dirt bikes, three wheelers, four wheelers etc literally all day every day for years maybe adding some oil from time to time if someone left some laying around and oil changes with special motorcycle oil was NEVER even considered and they lasted just fine usually still running good when we outgrew it and moved on to a different one.the way we knew something needed servicing is when it flew off or a tire went flat or the brakes started grinding and we still didn't worry about it just stopped using the brakes or whatever.now that im older I change oil every now and then and if my tires start showing tread I'll get another one or put some brake pads when they hit metal and if I keep one for 50,000 miles which isn't uncommon I might check the valves if I get bored but to sit around OCD about every little thing just isn't happening.dont have time and if I have to spend a couple grand a year monkeying with everything it will no longer be worth it and I refer all nay sayers to watt man who has over 200,000 miles on his old klr with the original internals and clutch running plain old CAR OIL 😮
Sounds like growing up you and the boys just dogged everything and from the spelling sounds like that included your sister. Go change that oil and chill out.
