bring the TV down into a lift station with a fire place in front of it. Who wants to look at a TV when not in use? then have a flip up bar or slide out table. Dinettes are never comfortable to sit in and always cramped with 4 people so why bother. No one wants to actually sleep on a dinette bed conversion. Think about how much time is actually spent at the table eating. Minutes a day but look at the floor space it takes up. luv the outlet in the pantry. like the vids but would luv a floor plan in the intro to introduce it. Would like to see an option to remove auto level. They ether work great or never seem to work correctly. Lots of discussion on this on forums. True outdoor kitchen needs some sort of water to keep hands clean while preparing food as well as just to get a quick rinse with normal camping usage. lets see these vids have a shot of road ode so we know what we loose access to especially in a RV designed to move such as this shorter 5'r.
I'm amazed at the different opinions. My wife and I love sitting at the dinette! Tables are fine, but chairs fly around going down the Interstates. They are covered in pot holes these days. Plus, you loose a bed, if you have grand kids or a guest. And, booths provide storage underneath.
Additionally, I think s fireplace is about as stupid an addition as you could ask for in a camper? Why would you want a fake fire place when you can have the real thing outside? Yes, I know it provides heat but, hey! We're camping here! Put your stocking cap and coat on and sit around a REAL fire....
Very nice. I like this better than the cougar 23mle. Like to make a couple suggestions. The pantry door, swing it the other way. So when the slide is in you can still grab or put something away. The glass in the cabinet doors. I like but I suspect you will see everything behind the closed door. Make it frosted or something to better camouflage the stuff behind the glass.
If this was at a dealership today, I'd likely buy it. Really wish you stayed with the black door fronts, however. I suppose one could paint the lighter colored ones. Also, like I said in another video, I'd love to see an option to remove the dinette in favor of fireplace with TV/Televator behind it.
Nice looking unit. We currently own a Brinkley Z3100 which we love. We are on the road six to eight months a year and like the extra space. I do like that even though this is a shorter and lighter unit it still has washer prep. Also, the beefed-up running gear is great. I think you guys have designed a winner here! Burlington Bill busking on the road and here on You tube.
Hoping you bring the upgraded finishing to the couples travel trailer size, like a 252RL under Avenue line. Solid surface counter tops, move away from mdf wrapped cabinet doors to solid wood, and eliminate any flex hose that is still used in Delta so 100% plumbing is pex. Want to buy my last RV heading into retirement that will last better. Love what Alliance is doing. ✅️
Definitely a contender!! Just concerned about saddling it to an F250 with a 6.2. But I’ll tell ya now, if we decide to jump to a 5th wheel over a Delta, this would be a list topper!!!
I do like this model. Esp the outdoor kitchen. We have a 26RD and really enjoy it, after getting the bugs out, it's been very dependable. There are some flaws tho. The u shaped dinette is a useless as a regular dinette. Only very thin people and kids can squeeze into it. We made the table into a free standing one and use the seats as a settee when the table is removed. The biggest problem is the driver side stairway. It makes it impossible to have just a nightly stop at a test area or wally world.
Love the floorplan a few things I would change -change out the see through cabinets in the kitchen to dark like the delta. - offer a desk with fireplace and have the tv drop down like the 260 mle keystone cougar - shower with the seat like the bigger avenues. I love the colour of the brown cabinets. Not a fan of white.
Just bought one of these and found it doesn't even have a stereo, DVD system. It does have a poor quality giant 50 inch TV though. No way to watch movies, though. Good thing I have my laptop to stream golf and football. You won't be able to on this TV.
If you like me watch thousands of UA-cam and other social media videos every year, you'll notice a high use of trendy words like tons, super, insane, and crazy, thus neglecting a much more expansive, descriptive, and intelligent vocabulary. It's the same for those who spew immature disgusting Godless profanity/vulgarity, as they too continually use only 2-4 words.
Love this one, just saw it in person at Hershey and it did not disappoint! However, I wish it had a larger fresh water tank.
wow nice solid unit thank you!
Glad to see over-the-road access to the bathroom. Total show stopper in so many otherwise great fivers. Prefer recliners to theater seating.

Totally agree with the dinette opinion. As a retired couple we much prefer table/chairs
Agreed! I said the same thing on another video. :)

Since it's a wide body why not a king size bed?

Would Azdel be a suitable replacement consideration for wood decking on the roof??

Love the floor plan. Will you be able to install a VENTED combo washer/dryer?
Great floor plan. Just move that toilet at a 45deg.
Hope in 25 all all access floor plans will get washer/dryer prep!

So you don't think a F-250 6.2 Gasser will haul this?
What’s the cargo carrying capacity? Great floor plan offer a desk vs dining table for two
Offer a dinette option for a bar top style and chairs over looking the camp side. With a swing out extension Awesome
Is there storage in the seat of the dinette?
Great floor plan. When will these be at dealerships?

Need king mattress
Love it except for the interior colors, offer a white or slate option instead of the browns. 👏 completely darken the cabinet glass

What type of slide does it have?
@@rickytecon5726 Rack & Pinion for the living space and the new AccuSlide from BAL.
The N/S bed killed it for me...
Only one problem. That beautiful counter space next to the pantry would make a great place for coffee maker but there in no outlet there.

Sad that they’re still using a ‘birth control’ theater seat- why have that huge divider between the seats. So many other good ideas and features
STOP putting the frig in a slide out.
If it's built on an LCI frame no thanks.
