Went on a Saturday - craft shop was cute but very small. No signs of a craft market in the centre of the town or otherwise. 50 yr exhibition of history of the market was closed. Very little atmosphere, many places closed. This video unfortunately doesn’t seem to represent how things are. I’m quite confused as we travelled especially to check things out and thought that on a Saturday there would be much more to see. October 2024
Hi, unfortunately with us only being commissioned to create a documentary about the craft market and its anniversary there isn’t much we can do to help you understand why it wasn’t what you had expected. What we can say is that we were in Alford when it was the 50th anniversary market and it was as it seems in the documentary, I think you may have unfortunately caught it on a bad day. We come from a Market Town in North Lincolnshire and it’s very hit and miss here as well. Thank you for taking the time to watch the documentary we created and we hope you enjoyed watching it!
