PR137, officially known as Philippine Airlines 137, was a domestic scheduled flight from MNL - BAC. On 26,000ft, they request approach on tower of BAC and decended to 4,000ft. 26 minutes later, they are on approach on the runway of BAC. they were worried because their right thrust reverser (N2, engine 2), was not working as it should be like their left reverser (N1, engine 1). so they attempt to land on the runway with 1 reverser, but, the runway was less than 2000 meters. Then the plane took a firm touchdown, then the F/O said "No spoilers.", so they activate the left reverser, but they were turning to the right, so they increase power to N2 to TOGA (full throttle). but it was too late, the plane overshooted the less than 2000 metre runway. All passengers, crew members, and the pilot and the F/O had survived the incident. Unfortunately, 3 were killed on the ground.
