Really Well explained 👍. Anyone can talk about what if we do this for shoulders: left shoulder up in downswing, instead of obligue? Then I stay taller not good for me.
I've tried the side bend thing in different ways. When I am in the side bend for the down swing I usually drive the club head into the ground several inches behind the ball. I have an extremely difficult time trying to the the side bend both in the backswing and the downswing. If all the side bend does is cause me to drive my club head into the ground behind the ball then I get frustrated and go back to the swing I had before trying this.
Your driving the club head into the ground because your flipping your wrists before impact. You have to keep your right wrist bent back longer. That may take you a year to figure out how to do under pressure.
This will be good to show my daughter. Love the band drill!THANKS!!!
What a great drill. I never would have thought to do this. Ty :)
Thank you!

Watch the pros - they all do this.
What’s wrong with your right hand?
