Hi Abeeha! Do you have any tips on what a resume is supposed to look like when there's close to zero relevant experience in the field you're applying for? My initial plan was to secure internships in my domain of interests before applying for full time roles. Is this a good strategy? Clearly you didn't need internships to land your role but you said you had a business which counts as experience too! My biggest obstacle right now has to be that my cv has close to zero relevant experience
Hey! So the key is to focus and highlight transferable skills like any projects, volunteer work, or personal ventures that show skills needed for that specific role. If you still have the opportunity to get an internship I’d recommend taking it as it can still help you stand out. I was in my third year when I realised what I wanted to do so I just had to work with what I had! If you want to have a chat about your cv in detail feel free to DM me on IG!
