That's actually not your level, that's just EXP for your weapons, and armor, to make them strong as you can, but you need lapiz and you can use the anvil for your armor and weapons, but use the enchantment books to make it stronger even enchantment table and other sorts of things so yeah
I'm sure Terroriser already acknowledges that, and many people have just called them levels, or EXP levels, etc... He knows that

Not sure if you are aware as this is the first episode I'm watching but if you guys intend to prank each other you can use this command in chat if cheats are enabled. /Gamerule KeepInventory True (Don't recall if the capitalization is needed. It's been a while.). Replacing true with false turns it off (although that's pretty easy to guess). I tell you this as a way to avoid anyone losing their loot if you intend to burn them in a pool of lava at some point. Do with this what you will.
Edit: You can also use a similar command to disable Creepers blowing up terrain but where's the fun in that. Here it is anyways: /gamerule mobgriefing false

you guys need to cool it with all of the constant high collateral damage pranking. just build, learn redstone, play a couple adventure maps. it's minecraft ; be creative and have some fun. also if you want a prank that angers people but doesn't blow up a house, just take a bunch of pufferfish waterbuckets, place them inside slabs in peoples houses and cover them in buckets. when they walk on the carpet, they'll get poisoned but not know where it came from!

Create a lava waterfall from the sky. Build a large cobble pillar and when at the right height, create a bridge to hover wildcat's house. Then, pour the lava and wait til it's on the house
