- Here is my live and unfiltered reaction to the Gucci Fall Winter 2021/2022 Full Fashion Show by Alessandro Michele. It marks both Gucci’s 100th anniversary and also the unprecedented move by the house to team up with another Kering group luxury label, Balenciaga. Already being called Gucciaga, the collaboration or mind-meld between Michele and Balenciaga creative director Demna Gvasalia resulted in a collection that will, l without question, become a sartorial signpost in the annals of the house’s history books. Did Gucci pull it off? You’ll have to watch the video to find out what I think. But let me know in the comments below if you feel that Gucci made the right move to honor the first 100 years of the house by teaming up with another august luxury fashion label.

A few years ago I stumbled upon your instagram 60 seconds reviews of fashion shows and you are one of the reasons you made me fall in love in the world of fashion. I'm not a fashion junky, my closet isn't filled with designer clothes; I'm just studying towards becoming a primary school teacher (haha such a different world), but it would be awesome to rock one of these looks in front of the class room ;) I absolutely fell in love with this collection and what you have mentioned; there are many beautiful statement pieces that are totally wearable. That sweater at 23:37 with the open-sided sleeves is one of my favourites. Combining it with a shirt with the high collar...

Hi...I am so happy to hear you like this format. I am really stepping out of my comfort zone. But the good news is the menswear shows in Paris look like they will be in person again...so maybe I can start back up my 60 second reviews again...as well as a few of these longer version ones for the big shows.
