@@bendover04 double corrupting has a 1/4 chance. Getting halfway decent mods, let alone mids that you actually want while each lock costs +40 Div's is a huge gamble. It might be worth it, but it's absolutely not guranteed. Where I see it actually being worth it is for high tier crafted items like double or even tripple elevated Crit Spark gloves to get good +2 implicits. These kind of items are priceless and throwing 40 Div's into it makes sense

If it's the chest you are talking about, you cannot use eldritch currency on an item that is already influenced, in this case shaper and hunter. Without hunter and shaper influences, the mods attack crit, elevated rarity and additional curse could not be obtained.
What's "so trash"? I don't understand this comment. Everyone can decide whether or not they want to blind gamble or spend an extra 40+ divines to be safe. It's a 50/50 for an item to survive corruption, an argument can be made that even for 200 divine items it's not worth it. I'm just here to deliver the results.

Attacks don't scale that well though, do they? It's certainly good, but you don't get more than say 10% dmg, do you?
