    great video as usual ! my biggest advice as someone who had a shoulder injury is to always keep in mind that flexibility and strength go hand in hand you cant have one without the other , i used to get all sorts of injuries when i started bodyweight training because i tried to do advanced exercises with weak tendons or advances mobility/flexibility moves with underdeveloped muscles
