Any time an idea comes to me, I write it in a list on my To Do app on my phone (just like I do with new game ideas!) and then I’ll pick one from the list each week to do. I usually get ideas for videos while working on my games or pitching or whatever, so just through doing the things an independent game designer does, I’ll think “I should talk about this on my channel!”
