Life is a series of trade-offs. Hopefully, this will become clear to her as time goes on. Perhaps a more appropriate question might be where she prefers to put down roots and build a family with you. Each of you will have a preference and or need and there would be some give and take. Your job may require you to be in China and as the future breadwinner of the family she will have little choice but to follow you. She's going to have to cut the umbilical cord and get accustomed to seeing her birth family less often. This will not be easy as she has never been away from her birth family and her home country for extended period of time until the two of you met. The passage of time will ease the pain.
