Fabulous video, many thanks. I've tried oil pulling so many times in the past but struggle to keep swishing for so long. I build up too much saliva. Anyone else struggle that has some suggestions? Thank you again for the few uses that I had never thought of. 🙏🙏🙏
When u start with oil pulling take less oil and start with 3-5 mins. Once you are comfortable then increase the amount of oil and the time. 💕
