WEIRD 58w fluorescent tube (EOL?) (+ 2 dead tubes & one broken starter)

This fluorescent tube is probably EOL but it eventually comes on. When it came on, it looked much like mercury starved.
I have once seen similar phenomenon on EOL Philips tube many years ago:
It suddenly came on for a few minutes, then it went off and started to flicker again.
In addition, I scheduled this video to be published on my birthday!
