I think that he is definitely one of the best game show hosts in broadcasting at the moment •••• even when someone gives a truly ridiculous answer he doesn't make them feel stupid and includes them IN the joke rather than making them the object of the joke......... And he's always so well dressed!

Kato Ganess he didn’t demand anything. Women were happy to kiss him and it was a different time. There have never been any accusations of impropriety or harassment. He was by all accounts a very sweet and compassionate guy. Steve is funny but his main schtick is looking “shocked” when we all know these questions are designed for people to give risqué answers.
@@feelthejoy Women in Dawson's era was never taught to go against men even when they got harassed, kissing on the lips has always been something that is reserved for people who share a close relationship, he used his position to demand kisses from shy, friendly women who thought it necessary to go along with it or who didn't want to disappoint a such well known celebrity. If this was so normal why was it only Dawson who stretched his lips towards the ladies and not the hosts of other game shows? Why was he reluctant in most cases to kiss the older females?
Your point about being happy to kiss him is purely speculative, I remember some of their facial reactions , it didn't seem happy to me , so there were some comfortable and others were not , some even refused to go along with his tomfoolery, did you remember that? I agree Harvey overdoes his reactions , but he's still funnier than that disgusting creep Richard Dawson.
