My purebred Amstaff is friendly to all dogs and humans that she meets. I don't think that she has ever met anyone that she didn't like. She's a wonderful companion. We avoid dog parks because although she enjoys running and playing with other dogs, sometimes an aggressive dog will pick on her and take advantage of her good nature. I don't want her hurt.
I’d imagine if she feels threatened enough she will hold her own quite well, you’d be impressed. Not that the said scenario is a positive one to get her into tho ha.
My 2 yr old amstaff "Spot" is an abandoned rescue, and is a big sweetie. We are currently on obedience training, and he's became a member of the family.
Amstaff's are very nice companion's they are cute fun, recommended 100% in their original colours red white brown white, they will become your best frends 🐕🐾❤️
Amstaff is love, they are very well behaved easy to train and perfect guard 💂♀️ people compare them with APBT and take them for ill tempered breed but trust me this breed is really friendly. It has been more then five years Bella has been with me and she has always been such a darling
Pitbulls are family with amstaff, if good owners pits are frendly to onlythings is real pitbulls have really high energylevel they are like hyper while staffys are a littlebit more quit and there are also some phsycal diffrences

Maybe she has calmed down or knows not to mess with a dog bigger than her? We keep her on a 50ft cable from the front door/porch so she can roam free to get out her poops & pees.

Fantastic dogs love the look of amstaff like their big front end head got pit bull who is absolute darling as far as people concerned intact so has to be watched around other dogs think bullies ar to big to function as a working dog although stunning looking personally amstaff are just right got the bully look but still athletic 👍
I hope you have continued to try train your dog. They are very stubborn and they are smart enough to to run rings around you if they see they can get it over you. Failing to train your dog is not a reason to palm it off. I recently took on a rescue am staff, he was on a week trial and he trashed my house... he’s a great dog and it was not a reason to send him back. More just an issue to work with him on. Hope your going well with your dog.
Its a watered down American pitbull created so the AKC would except this breed ,The AKC didn't want anything to do with the APBT because of its fighting history

There is definitely differentiation because pits have a slightly short snout and broader face. If my living arrangements changed I'd happily adopt it.

She won’t get hurt they were originally created to fight. The original Amstaff was a Colby bloodline American Pit Bull Terrier.
