It really worked for me thanks a lot .. I gave my device to somebody and he synced his account and locked it. He stopped coming to office after that. And then I thought by hard resetting the device I can access it again. But to no avail. Then I tried your method. It really worked. Unlocked my moto G6 device successfully

@@brendameader6937 I had the same issue, I managed to get past the UA-cam step by resetting the phone again, connecting to wifi, and then as soon as the phone started "checking for updates" I hit the back arrow repeatedly to stop it. Follow the rest of the videos steps, once you get to the help article about morse code, tap on the video title "Tania's Story" and you should be able to open UA-cam

I tried doing as he did and it didn't work i even tried to change to the same language he changed his to without any luck so I'm going to continue to try and find a video too unlock this phone. Hopefully i can find a video that is in English and the person speaks better English then the videos suggested so far from India and you can't understand them at all

I had this same issue, it wouldn't display the "watch later" option for me and when I opened youtube it would insist on an update. To solve this, factory reset your phone again, connect to wifi, and hit the back arrow before it can complete any update checks. Follow the steps in the video to get to the help article about morse code, click on the title of the UA-cam video ("Tania's Story..."). Once I did that it opened up UA-cam without asking me to update, and I was able to complete the process.
