Killer setup! Makes me want to finish my Celica body. Bought the same TT-02 kit, did all the rally mods, but used a Hyundai i20 WRC shell. Love the looks of the ST165
@@Competitionx will be getting back into the TT02 rally setup as weather improves….for now, about to start testing the Apex2 ST550 on my indoor concrete track. Your vids on them are way helpful.
LOL - well, it IS super fun - surprised it's not more popular, to be honest. It might be the running around that scares people off but, if you're like me, you find the best 'places' to stand while driving from afar so your movement is pretty limited.
Depends on the track. Long WB is going to be more stable, more forgiving. Short WB will be more reactive and aggressive. Both can be tuned/detuned as well, but you'll have to play around with both to see what suits your track the best.

You should. Almost every car in the Spec class is on the TT-02 platform! Car works great!

Yes, added the TRF416 suspension components (similar to the new Tamiya TT-02 SRX kit) and a set of soft Rally Blocks! Car is super fun to drive now!
