    For making dough
    Maida 4 cups
    Salt 1 tsp
    Ghee 4 tbls
    Ajwen pinch
    1st mix all in maida. Is k bad pani se soft ata goondh len. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
    For filling
    Chicken qeema half kg
    Tomato 1 small chopped finely
    Onion 2 chopped finely. (Ande k jese chop karte hen)
    Oil 1/4 cup
    Lehsan chopped 1 tbls heap full
    Half lemon
    Fresh dhanya thora sa
    Green chillies 2-3 chopped
    Zeera 1.5 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Red chilli pwd half tsp
    Black pepper pwd half tsp
    Red chilli flakes half tsp
    Haldi half tsp
    Chat masala half tsp
    Garam masala pwd half tsp
    Crushed dhanaya 1tsp
    Oil mei lehsan ko 1 min cook karo and add chicken qeema. Bhoon lo ache se.
    Sare masale add kardo ab. Bhoonte raho jab gak pani khushk hojaye. Pyar and tamatr dal do ab
    Ab cover kar k slow flame p 10 mins paka len. Add dhanya mirch and lemon juice. Ab filling ko thanda karlen
    Ab wrapping
    Take 3 tbls spoon maida and 5 tbl ghee is ko mix kar k paste bna len
    Ab ate k 12-13 balls bana len. Pehle ek ball ko thora sa roti ki tarah roll karen. Is per ghee and maide ka mixture brush se ya hath se laga den. Is ko phir fold karden wapis and phir se thora bel k fill kar k kachori bna len
    Tips.
    Filling hamesha thandi kar k bhare.

    Always fry on slow flame for 15 mins kyu k warna kChori andar se kachi reh jaye gi
