    I enjoyed your video. I grew up in Brown Deer Wisconsin and I now live Santa Monica California. You did a nice little recap of the area makes me wanna come back for a visit.

    Hi, I’m been watching your videos very good content , I have couple questions about cost of living since I’m probably receiving a job offer there but it seems maybe I won’t afford living there either my family (wife and young kid) could you provide more detail about living cost ?

      Cost of living in the US is much higher than in Europe, but you also make more money and taxes are lower. If you google cost of living there are several websites that will give you a detailed break down

    Do you charge a fee for finding an apartment for rent? Or like other states you get a commission from an owner of the apartment? Thank you!

      I think rents are still too low to make it viable for agents to find apartments in MKE like I have seen this for example in NYC. But you are usually just fine looking on Zillow
