I enjoyed your video. I grew up in Brown Deer Wisconsin and I now live Santa Monica California. You did a nice little recap of the area makes me wanna come back for a visit.
Hi, I’m been watching your videos very good content , I have couple questions about cost of living since I’m probably receiving a job offer there but it seems maybe I won’t afford living there either my family (wife and young kid) could you provide more detail about living cost ?
Cost of living in the US is much higher than in Europe, but you also make more money and taxes are lower. If you google cost of living there are several websites that will give you a detailed break down
I think rents are still too low to make it viable for agents to find apartments in MKE like I have seen this for example in NYC. But you are usually just fine looking on Zillow

I miss the real Milwaukee winters. LOL!
Ha, I just asked you about it. I think your first winter here was a little bit colder, right?
@@MarcusMKE it was, but it needs to snow and I mean really snow. Lol!

Hey will you do a video on Milwaukee condos?
What condo questions do you have? Condo market, condo types, condo fees,...?
Do you charge a fee for finding an apartment for rent? Or like other states you get a commission from an owner of the apartment? Thank you!
