I get that this is "17 Tips You didn't know" type of video, but Top 1 Tip I would say is that you should talk to your team, no matter the rank there will always be people who want to rank up no matter what and people who will be cooperative when you make a strat, doesn't even have to be a good strat in the first place, if you execute it decent enough together as a team and it works, it brings morale up and makes more people talkative to help you win games. Just because nobody else is speaking much doesn't mean that you aren't allowed to do more comming. Comms aren't everything necessarily, but definitely a huge part of becoming good at the game and making things simple like asking if someone is watching cams for you, if someone can push with you or cover you while you do a specific thing that requires you to put your weapon away for a second.

Team comms never work on Pacific region. You either have to know mandarin or hope that they know english.
