In the grips of a high fever, Yakari relives an ancient legend about the creation of the Sioux people and how they came to be known as the children of the eagle. After a surreal fight against an ancient demon, Yakari is separated from his totem, Great Eagle, who does not answer Yakari’s calls. When you are lost in the spirit world, you must have greater faith in your heart than in reason, and Yakari will have to go through many trials in order to break the demon’s curse and find Great Eagle again.
