Her insight into the acting industry is so refreshing. Some actors believe they should be getting the best treatment and that can bring down the people working around you. If you stay on the same level as everyone it can help everyone else think more about how they can bring out the best in their own characters and will even make them feel more comfortable about aking questions and coming up with more ideas.

I went to a performing arts high school and by the time I had the courage to try out for a play, i was cast and clashed with a male actor I had a romantic relationship with in the play. I felt so demeaned and disrespected by him. I ended up late for my performance and never was cast again in HS. Which sucks because I am a wonderful actor. Almost 20 years later and a lot of formative life experience under my belt, I want to get involved in theater again. Now as an adult I can use it as fuel to become my best me. I had very low self esteem most of my life and people used it to their advantage to feel better about themselves. This world will exploit the crap out of you if you lack confidence- be careful!

If she has the same sensitive skin as I do, i’d assume she may have been a bit nervous during the time of this interview…. whenever I get nervous my chest/neck flush like this! And oh my gosh I always forget how adorably sweet her real voice is! 🥹
