The Goa Human Rights Commission has been operating without a Chairperson for quite some time and is not expected to act against the state.

Sir we don't believe in human rights in India
Since the PI who assaulted the lady and the Police is stationed at Colva Police Station. There are many such goondas at Colva Police station. I personally experienced, they take money and shut the case. they don't summon the accused. I filed so many complained. PI Melson Colaso was there same behaviour. Later I filed a complaint to GHRC. They send them a letter but later nothing happened. I had lawyer but he too did nothing.
These are the police - Deep Deykar, Rahul Naik, Mahesh Velip, Keshav Salgokar....They were threatening me instead of giving warning to the acused that is my neighbour. II can tell you what they did and how they conduct enquiry.
When I came down I told my Benaulim MLA about it. He said to me that I don't trust the police and the Panchayat members. Now the same MLA is talking and the same Panchayat members and police are close to him. There is no difference. Politician are not to be trusted, specially in Goa.
First FIR should be filed against CM of Goa. He is the one responsible. He is the home minister. Law and order collapsed.
I don't believe in Human Rights in Goa. I went for my hearing. PI Deepa Deykar brought a witness and the witness is my neighbour's wife on whom I flied many complained. Deepa Deykar supported them. She brought her to support PI by giving false witness. The Chair judge didn't accept and told her that she is not part of the case. After the case was over I was out waiting for my friend. One of corrupt judge sends a peon to call me and was trying to settle the case outside court hearing.

Sir police don't know when to arrest women. My neighbour was harassing my labourers while they were going home after work. my neighbour and ward Panch member called emergency police, when the police came they both began abusing me and the police who came were silent. They came there to address the issue. MLA did not name the police because he need them. I went to his office and told him that such officers are at Colva police station.
The police attrocity is rightly deserving a strong action, the Melauli women were also stamped by the goa police officer ekoskar. God alone knows how many more atrocities go unreported. This mafia type ofpolice behavior is condemnable. The home minister and chief minister is tight lipped and no statement. Sidhi naik case too somany instances of law n order out of order. Who is really responsible for this deplorable mess. C M pls answer.

The Chairperson of the Goa State Commission for Women perhaps would give a stock reply that such matters do not come within its perview notwithstanding the Commission for Women Act
When people notice that the Law and Order has been disturbed by on duty police officers then the total responsibility should be noted as on dismissal of the Minister with the Home department.😡😡
