I have not seen one good argument for why he should not have been charged and endless whataboutisms for why he should be allowed to get away with his crime. There seems to be a real disconnect from the idea that you are charged for the crimes you commit, that the judicial system can show to have occurred. The supposition that others have not been charged for similar is irrelevant. The only difference is objective evidence that can be presented to the court.
