Beautiful property. It only needs a jetted tub to make it ideal. My one complaint would be that there doesn't seem to be a garage. Since you didn't mention a garage, I take it you have to park on the street.
Yes, they oddly didn't have inside parking. But it was a corner unit with dedicated space outside the front of the property, and as it was at the end of the road, it was convenient to park without much concern
Almost a house I would buy..... Major drawback is 2 bath, very disappointing. At the minimum should be 3 and preferably 4 bath. Out building needs full bath just in itself.
Well that depends on if someone needs an investment visa, I guess Some of our clients have a Thai partner, so they are happy to purchase under their partner's name

Way too cheap, the house must cost at least 40 million baht for you to be able to legally own both the house and the land (Investment Visa) 😅
