100% isn't 100x. At best it's 2x, at worst it's x1
100% damage means it's the same... It isn't 100% MORE (which is double) and definitely not 100 times. Maybe try this video with a different example :)

You realize it literally says below on a battle report. How much more damage you do? And it says percentage
