Great review. Especially since you've been using it for a long time. It's good to know that this lens is durable. I have been using the MKii on my X pro 3 and I prefer that style because it comes with a focusing tab. Mind you it's only glued on and might fall off eventually. That might not be for everybody. That may not be for everybody but I do prefer it.

Loved your review! I find myself in the exact same position with a 3d animation day job. Photography helps me breath new air. I went with the pergear 35mm 1.6 but I sound just as in love with it like you. It never leaves my xt20.

I have 7 artisans 25 mm lens for my Fuji XS 10. Everything okay but only focus check feature doesn't work for focus fine tune. How is it solve ?

How do you rate 35/0.95 against 35/1.2..in terms of colour rendetion, micro contrast and sharpness.. and overall comparison with Xf35mm 1.4..?
The xf 35mm f1.4 will have better color rendition. The 35mm f0.95 is a beast, but will lack micro contrast detail being a 0.95 lens, the 35mm f1.2 is neutral in color and microcontrast is average. All of the manual focus lenses will require some post edit adjustments. But overall for the budget, the bokeh and the feel it produces is very good.
@@SuperSlackOff for 35mm I mostly intend to do creative work with monochrome, so I believe colour rendetion shouldn't be an issue.. thanks for your prompt response..
