I just love your videos, so comprehensive and to the point. Is one of my main resources to make decisions to which etfs to buy in Europe. Thank you Ziet. Keep up the good work 👌🏾
This was much of hot topic this past week with tech stock or many being bearish in general, I had a general cash reserve and had bought some of the dip so far still in the red but i am a long time holder. My main concern is at the end of video theres no more music making it feel less impactful of a ending but thats just my opinion :)
Can someone refer any youtube channel which recommend stocks to buy in US Stock market. Because i am losing huge amount in investing US market on daily basis
where did you get your info on CNX1? all i find is that it's 66k GBp now which way off the number you provided. just looking for nasdaq etf that's less than 100 USD now.
Hey Lawrence, i actually have, here you go: ua-cam.com/video/Xc6OghOqwdU/v-deo.html Not so much on the valuation part, but there's a lot that you can learn here ^^
Greetings Ziet, I like your presentation/format for the ETFs!!! Could you please kindly make a video on SGX:CLR & SGX:CFA S-Reits ETF when you have time? I'm thinking of setting this up as part of my portfolio when I'm close to retirement age. Thanks!
Hmm no sure if i miss the point of your question but there are 6 other ireland domiciled ETFs listed in this video 👀 (they should be all tradeable on IBKR, just have to search via ticker symbol or their ISIN number)
Hello, great video! I’d like to know what do you think is my best choice if l m from ltaly and l want to invest long term on the nasdaq. Which eft if the cheapest for me?
Hi Ziet and thanks for a very informative video For someone living a in a country that doesn't have a tax treaty with the US, would you still recommend QQQM over EQAC now?
If AAPL also can bankrupt, it would be a total collapse of the US economy and by that time your USD wouldnt worth anything to begin with But that said, can AAPL get replaced over time? Hard but possible. The index will always adjust itself for AAPL's decline and for new "AAPL disruptor" to rise, so AAPL will decrease in ranking while the disruptor will rise :)
Hello! Thank you so much for such great videos. They have been so helpful! I am from South Africa and I'm interested in investing in a USD Irish-domiciled Nasdaq ETF on IBKR. So the CSNDX is looking like the best option. I'll be adding this ETF to the others I have bought: - VUSD - VWRD (I want to have the dividend-distributing ones). My only concern is that unlike the VUSD and VWRD (which are listed on the LSE), the CSNDX is listed on the Swiss stock exchange. I want to avoid the withholding tax and estate duty of the US-domiciled ETFs, so I'm happy that all three are domiciled in Ireland. I'm also fine with the fact that the CSNDX is accumulating. I'd just like to know, what is the impact of the stock exchange that an ETF is listed on vs where it is domiciled from a tax perspective? Will all three of these ETFs operate the same wrt withholdings tax and estate duties because they are all domiciled in Ireland - even though they are listed on different exchanges? I'm trying to toss up whether to invest in the EQQQ (so it's the LSE but in GBP which I don't want) or the CSNDX (which is in USD but on the Swiss stock exchange).
The exchange doesn't directly affect the tax part, these are determined by the ETF's domicile. That being said, listing exchange can affect transaction costs, currency conversion fees, trading hours, etc. Hope I've answered your question!
I am a newbie investor, hence the really stupid question. Is it true that when we finally decide to sell our holding in these US stocks or Index Funds...we will be taxed twice? Once by the US government and the second time by the Singaporean / Malaysian Dept Of income Tax? Highly appreciate any inputs.
Hi there, for Withholding taxes - that is not the case if SG / MY has Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with the US. For capital gain taxes - since US don't tax non-US residents on this, so no capital gains tax :) Do check with a tax advisor just to double confirm it yeah

Haha didn’t expect that, but point noted! Will definitely remember that for my future videos ☺️
As a non us resident, in particular being a UAE resident, how much are the taxes on the capital appreciation on QQQ?
What about AI ETFs?

Personally not into S-REITs (yet) haha! Will look into it if I happen to foray into the SGX market ya!
And I’m also curious about the Dow Jones index. Would love to know what’s your verdict on it.
Interesting, let me take a look 😊
Thank you for the lovely video.
Could you list some Ireland domiciled distributing ETFs which are traded on IBKR other than VWRD and CNDX.
Many thanks

What happen if one day one of the top 10 holding company went bankruptcy say AAPL, what is the impact to QQQ ETF?

Nice video Ziet but i would be more happy if you cover TQQQ
Thanks Zamir! Though I don't do any leveraged ETFs at the moment :x

I prefer VOO, because it has low expanse and my country has tax deal (20 %). The nasdaq index etfs are volatile and high Management fee
To each of their own! As long as it fits your investment goals - why not! ;) VOO is a great choice of index too!
Try the lyxor nasdaq 100 accumulation
You should Review IITU...beats the EQQQ hands down
Hmm but they are from the different family though, and exposure weightage is different
Good day!
Which of the Ireland ETFs are equivalent to QQQM? Looking forward to receiving your response!
Stay bless.
Can’t stand people who pronounce market as mar-kirt. Even the British don’t do that. You guys have been taught wrong.
