Even the second degree judgement against Anna was too harsh! The woman should have been given a suspended sentence! I don't think she deliberately meant to kill the doctor.She snapped, and the unfortunate event led to so many changes in the medical system and saved so many more lives! The justice system should have recognized that! Sad
I even think that the medical system should acknowledge her contribution to the radical changes that resulted from it and officially recognize her because as I said earlier, I agree with the jury that this was not premeditated.she did not bring a gun or knife.the weapon she used was one of opportunity. it was tragic, but worthwhile
