Hey man I’ve been watching all your videos. Great content! This one caught my eye. I plan to start my Turo business shortly. Just waiting for my LLC to come back. And then get the EIN. But maybe try looking into financing cars against your business credit and not your personal. It doesn’t hit your credit and things are a lot smoother that way. I’m located in Charlotte NC. Also look up LULA for insurance. Much cheaper for your fleet seeing as they specialize in Turo rentals. Hope I could help.
I appreciate that that’s exactly why I make the videos to help and learn from others. I know I could purchase a vehicle in my business credit but at the time I didn’t have that much business credit establish so I put it in my personal name. I thought about financing another vehicle, but I’d rather cash out on a car and not have to worry about financing, and for the insurance since it’s in my personal name, I just have it with my regular car through Liberty Mutual. @WLCR_843 2019 Rav 4, 2020 Altima, 2015 Prius. Rav and Altima with ABI 100/month each and Prius is still on personal which is 225/month. I just added my Prius on Turo this month and want to set up private rentals as well so that's why I haven't put it on ABI yet because ABI doesn't allow private.
