I can't stop watching this! When I worked in Juvenile Court, I remember that many SA survivors had a hard time pushing their case or testifying, especially against the person who committed the act. It happens in local courts all the time. Celebrities and other lawyers who have worked with Jay Z almost seem like they (I'm sure they are his friends) act like they're being paid off to shut down that victim quickly, especially with that 30-foot whiteboard by Alex Shapiro pointing out all the inconsistencies in the lady's story. I think that the victim's Dad not remembering if he picked up his daughter and distancing himself Really leads credence to the victim's background and story of what happened to hear. What was the dad's relationship with his daughter then? I think that's an easy point to argue, and the timeline night of events seem like a weaker points to argue from the defense council's responses. It seems like a slippery slope.

Her now deceased friend dropped off a 13 year old autistic child 5 hours away from her home. And later a gas station employee sees a young girl in distress in the middle of the night, and doesn’t call the police. Instead he lets her sit around for 5 hours for her father who doesn’t remembers none of this, to pick her up. And then her father seeing his 13 yr old daughter obviously not well, does not take her to the hospital or police station. Somebody needs to try to get this some help instead of enabling this BS ridiculousness!!!

Tyty, Emory, Og juan, Biggs.. that's his close circle. He never, ever mentioned Diddy between his friends. He basically never mentioned Diddy at all apart for a couple of slick lines about money. Well this I actually can believe. They are only seen in work events. Wow. I read these comments and I think to myself how wonderful America actually is that MOST people don’t have any ideas about these kinds of things happening to children or how many children are neglected before they are abused and left with parents who do drugs or have mental illnesses and have no idea where their children are for the majority of the average day and sometimes the night. When you hear or young kids being kidnapped and teenagers being trafficked and you hear those statistics, how do you think it happens people?? Not right in front of a watchful mom and dad or the parents who care enough to use parental controls on their children’s apps and cell phones. It doesn’t happen as much with the parents who pick their kids up from school and see to it that they’re in a safe place 24/7. NOT ALWAYS- but many times these types of things happen when parents are more interested in having their freedom than watching their kids. There are also parents (mothers included) who want their children to “hurry up and grow up “ so they give them more freedom than is age appropriate. It’s sad people but I know these things from 1st hand experience. So yeah…it’s truly unbelievable- but please…believe it. It’s happening all around us and it’s happening every day.

I don't think he has anything, if he had the female witness or if he has video footage we would have been dealing with a criminal case and Jay Z would have settled. I think he expected Jay Z to treat it as a nuisance law suit and settle since he didn't want his name associated with Diddy, this would impact his brand, his wife's brand and all endorsements he has. The other thing is that a law suit by Buzzbee or Gloria Allred comes with all publicity whether you are Jay Z or not. He expected or expects Jay Z to settle.

That is not a mistake or inconsistency it's a huge problem. Being a friend doesn't make someone guilty. People have been married to serial killers and not know. (Green River killer) And many others. I read these comments and I think to myself how wonderful America actually is that MOST people don’t have any ideas about these kinds of things happening to children or how many children are neglected before they are abused and left with parents who do drugs or have mental illnesses and have no idea where their children are for the majority of the average day and sometimes the night. When you hear or young kids being kidnapped and teenagers being trafficked and you hear those statistics, how do you think it happens people?? Not right in front of a watchful mom and dad or the parents who care enough to use parental controls on their children’s apps and cell phones. It doesn’t happen as much with the parents who pick their kids up from school and see to it that they’re in a safe place 24/7. NOT ALWAYS- but many times these types of things happen when parents are more interested in having their freedom than watching their kids. There are also parents (mothers included) who want their children to “hurry up and grow up “ so they give them more freedom than is age appropriate. It’s sad people but I know these things from 1st hand experience. So yeah…it’s truly unbelievable- but please…believe it. It’s happening all around us and it’s happening every day.

I can't stop watching this! When I worked in Juvenile Court, I remember that many SA survivors had a hard time pushing their case or testifying, especially against the person who committed the act. It happens in local courts all the time. Celebrities and other lawyers who have worked with Jay Z almost seem like they (I'm sure they are his friends) act like they're being paid off to shut down that victim quickly, especially with that 30-foot whiteboard by Alex Shapiro pointing out all the inconsistencies in the lady's story. I think that the victim's Dad not remembering if he picked up his daughter and distancing himself Really leads credence to the victim's background and story of what happened to hear. What was the dad's relationship with his daughter then? I think that's an easy point to argue, and the timeline night of events seem like a weaker points to argue from the defense council's responses. It seems like a slippery slope. Thanks court tv!
